Sadly, my precious kitty suddenly left us last week. He used to keep me company during my yoga filming sessions and I will miss him greatly. This was one of the last classes I was able to share with him. While this intermediate flow is well rounded physically, it is special to me emotionally because of him presence. I hope you enjoy and thanks for sharing this practice, in particular, with me.
