An employee with the City for more than 13 years, Richard Stolliker is an irrigation specialist who installs and repairs irrigation across 30+ square miles of Fresno. It's a dirty job - but Richard loves it and always has a smile on his face, and says he's proud when his work results in beautiful flowers, plants and trees. Be sure to wave if you see him!
